1. Eligibility

- Any fraudulent use of ID or attempt to purchase on behalf of minors will result in termination of service and possible reporting to authorities.
3. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to applicable fees.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity).
4. Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are only made to addresses within our service area.
- The recipient must present valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.
- If you fail to provide valid ID or are under the legal age, the order will be cancelled and may be subject to a restocking or delivery fee.

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Greenmates Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
- We are not responsible for misuse, overconsumption, or any legal consequences arising from your use of cannabis products.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
